For Zolli Candy Collaborators

At Zolli Candy, transparency matters. To comply with advertising laws and protect both you and our brand, all collaborators must follow the disclosure guidelines set by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
If you receive free products, affiliate commissions, discounts, or any other benefit for sharing Zolli Candy, your content is considered an endorsement and must include a clear disclosure.
What Requires Disclosure?
You must disclose your relationship with Zolli Candy if you received:
-
Free or gifted products
-
Affiliate commissions or revenue share
-
A custom discount or coupon code
-
Payment or other incentives
-
Early or exclusive access
If there is any material connection, disclosure is required—even if your opinions are honest and your content is educational.
How to Properly Disclose (Required)
Disclosures must be:
✔ Clear – easy to understand
✔ Conspicuous – noticeable at first glance
✔ Unavoidable – not hidden or buried
Acceptable Disclosure Examples
Use one of the following at the beginning of captions or clearly spoken in video:
-
#ad
-
#sponsored
-
Paid partnership with Zolli Candy
-
I received these products for free from Zolli Candy
For video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts):
-
Disclosure should be spoken aloud AND included in on-screen text or the caption.
What Is Not Acceptable
- “Thanks to Zolli” (too vague)
- Disclosure buried after “see more”
- Disclosure only in bio or profile
- Hashtags like #partner, #ambassador, or #collab without #ad or#sponsored
- Assuming disclosure isn’t needed because the content is educational
Platform-Specific Notes
TikTok
-
Disclosure must be visible in the caption and/or spoken clearly in the video.
-
TikTok’s branded content toggle does not replace FTC disclosure.
-
“Paid partnership” tag is helpful but does not replace written disclosure.
Affiliate Links or Codes
-
If you earn commission, you must disclose that clearly.
Our Expectation
We want you to create content that feels natural and authentic—while staying compliant. If a post does not meet FTC requirements, we may ask for edits or removal.
If you’re ever unsure, disclose. When in doubt, transparency wins.
Contractual Disclosure Requirement
(Applies to all Zolli Candy Collaborators)
By participating in any Zolli Candy collaboration, affiliate program, or promotion, you agree to the following:
FTC Compliance Clause
The Collaborator agrees to comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws, including the FTC Endorsement Guides, and to clearly and conspicuously disclose any material connection with Zolli Candy in all content.
Such disclosure must:
-
Be clear, prominent, and easy to understand
-
Appear at the beginning of captions or be clearly spoken in video
-
Use language such as #ad, #sponsored, or an equivalent disclosure
Zolli Candy reserves the right to:
-
Request edits to non-compliant content
-
Withhold commission or compensation until compliance is met
-
Remove or terminate collaboration for repeated non-compliance
Failure to disclose may result in removal from Zolli Candy programs and forfeiture of earned commissions.
Quick Checklist Before You Post
Before publishing content, confirm:
☐ Did I receive free product, payment, or commission?
☐ Is my disclosure clear and upfront?

If yes to all → you’re good to go.
